The location is great, staff was very helpful and friendly. I like the pictures of Krakow on the walls. We really liked the soap, shampoo and lotion - couldn't find it anywhere in the shops. Everything was perfect ,the breakfast, the amazing room, the minibar restocked daily with complimentary drinks, and the rooftop jacuzzi. Most importantly, the incredible front desk staff allowed us a late checkout and were considerate in many ways, like letting us use the parking for a short time at no extra charge.
