Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. This is my favorite place to stay every time I visit Krakow and I visit it for business every month. The place is new, beds are exceptional, I always get a nice rest there. Breakfasts are superb.

Exceptional apartment and location!! Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment on second floor. Seamless check-in, clean and fully equipped. Very comfy bed. Secured parking (free) about 200 metres from apartment. Loads of restaurants within a block or two. Rossman and Zabka within minutes. Highly recommend!

Guests at the accommodation use the gym or relax in the spa and wellness centre including an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star hotel. Perfect location in the centre of town, not very easy to get to by car. The suite was amazing, with exceptionally high castle style ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. A note for the bed in the main room which should be bigger, and the sofa my son slept on is really basic. It's a shame in such a beautiful hotel, The best breakfast we have ever had in a 5 star hotel in Europe!

First and foremost, Mikolaj at reception is the kindest coolest most helpful person in Krakow. The hotel was located in a quiet area, it was very clean, the rooms were neat and cleaned daily, towels changed everyday, we had a great time at the fitness center and the pool and spa. The staff, especially Mikolaj and Anna at reception were very nice and helpful.

The Sheraton Grand Krakow is a 5-star hotel located in the very heart of the city, at the foot of The Royal Wawel Castle and just 40 metres from the Vistula River boulevards. The property features spacious, fully renovated, luxurious rooms and suites, deluxe service and modern recreational facilities. we loved everything about this hotel! Rooms, staff, food, & location were exceptional. Loved the roof top bar as well. We have stayed at this hotel twice & we will stay again when we visit Krakow again.
