Staff is very friendly and willing to help, I had a small injury and they help me with first aid kit, weelchair and transoprtation to my room. Room are big and comfortable, food is amazing and in general you feel a relaxed vibe. Pool is clean and have plenty of seating. You can find tricycle outside the property and also a small convenience store crossing the street. Rooftop was awesome, they have 2 small pools and outdoor service. Please take a massage! Direct access to the beach and very nice breakfast. There are two nice restaurants in walking distance and two small shops next to the Firesky to get snacks etc. We would definetly come again! :)
