Great area with restaurants, 7/11, Starbucks etc. 16th floor. A very nice welcoming with fruit etc. Also has filtered water which is great. Wifi a bit flaky but that’s not the hosts fault. We had a great 5 nites here before leaving Cebu. It is close to airport.

You turn off all the lights except the green lights in the living room and blue lights in the bedroom; perfect atmosphere. The smart TV’s in the rooms were awesome you can put in the cool lights and play music off YouTube on the tv and the women love it! Balcony was great also. Good restaurant downstairs with cheap laundry and nice convenient store. 10/10 would stay again.

Thomas, the part owner, lives in the condo and he is very willing to help you with anything, anytime. The apartments are clean and spacious with more amenities than you will ever need.
