If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

I loved that the rooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and they provided a lot of amenities in it. The location was also great as they were located in a very central area about 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park.

Well located and nice hotel in San Isidro. We booked the hotel to relax after a long peru journey before returning home. The rooms are big, clean and the bed is super cozy. The room had everything we needed and helped to calm down. The rooftop area is nice with the pool, whirlpool and gym area. It is just a bit smaller than it looks on the pictures. Breakfast offers a variety of foods and drinks to refill your body in the morning

The lady in the reception is super kind and helpful. She prepared our breakfast in a box since we were leaving early to Cuzco airport. She helped us to book a taxi to the airport.
The room is spacious for two. The bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable. The AC and hot water work perfectly. The wifi is in a good speed as well.
The location is great because we can walk nearby the city center.
Room was very spacious with a nice sitting area to relax. Our king size bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and quiet. There was a good size balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Location is excellent to explore Lima historical area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cannot fault this hotel. Huge king beds that would fit 3/4 people so plenty of room for 2.
Bathroom nice tiling and great shower. There was a jacuzzi bath but I didn’t use it.
Body lotion, shower gel and shampoo provided.
Aircon in room. Was basic ie just full power and loud but to be expected.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of continental food and they have some nice hot options such as fried potatoes and other options which they change up daily.
Staff were very friendly.
