Amazing location, charming vibe and all amenities are there (although some are 'to check the box', e.g the pool). Cinema was amazing, master bedroom perfect and a cute balcony. If you stay with 4+ people the second room has mainly bunk beds.

- Appearance: This place is a 'hidden gem', don't let the lack of reviews deter you. What I experienced was a clean, well kept and modern chalet which matched the photos i saw on website. - Location: Great as its 5 mins drive from Nizwa Fort & souq so was easily accessible. - Host: Azzan was responsive throughout our stay, even before check in. Great host and helped with any and all queries we had. Housekeeper Hanif was also a great help. - Overall: Hotel-like finish, great experience for families and would recommend for anyone planning a short-stay in Nizwa like we did.

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. This is a very special place in the old town of Nizwa with the rooftop terrace and the views to the city. The room was big with the bathroom with huge bathtub, nice stuff, perfect location, parking place.
