It is the best way to see and enjoy the 8th Wonder of the world, which indeed it is. One of the jewellery of our visit to New Zeeland was this experience, totally stunning. Governor suite is really amazing giving you the possibility from your room the great scenery and beauty of the fiord in a possible rainy day.

Helen and husband was excellent host, easy to communicate and very hospitable. Right away We felt welcomed and well taken care of. The chalet is spacious, spotless clean, comfortable and well equipped. Best of all, it's surrounded by beautiful open space - farmlands and snow capped mountains. So peaceful. Thanks Helen for the home baked bread and jam, and for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable one. Definitely will come back again for longer stay.

The bed and breakfast also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The facilities, the location and the breakfast were simply fantastic. The whirlpool, the super comfortable bed and the underfloor heating were my absolute highlights, almost better than Milford Sound itself :D. Laura and Derrick are super nice, helpful and quick when it comes to communication. I would come back anytime.

This was the most incredible property in the peaceful countryside. Hannah was so kind and even showed us a tour of the farm. The sky was stunning at night as we sat in the hot tub. We’re were honoured to be the first guests here and I could not recommend this place enough. It’s well worth the drive along the gravel roads!

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. It is a wonderful lone big house, looks new, on a hill overlooking a lake, beautiful scenery. The owners are very nice. It is a very spacious and quiet. Great fire place with plenty good fire wood. It was a great pleasure staying there. We had all the equipment and appliances that we needed, including washing machine and a dryer. Tips for guests: make sure you arrive there in daylight to make it easier to notice signs leading to the place. Read the owner's instructions and guidance well before arrival, including the WiFi code in case you need to call the owner with WiFi before you enter the house. Please be aware that there are no shops in the vicinity. It is highly recommended to buy your groceries in advance. The only restaurant which is within a reasonably short drive - closes early. The nearest food shop is a 15-20 minutes drive away, doesn't have much stuff and closes early. There is a pub near this shop which closes at about 10pm, to be verified. The kitchen closes much earlier. It is better to learn the area well in advance.
