The room smells good, the bed and mattress are comfortable (my daughter didn't want to get up!), the towels are thick & clean, the garden is beautiful and filled with flowers, and even the room window has flowers planted outside so it was a pretty sight even from inside the room. The dinner at the garden surrounded with these colorful blooms was a delight. The bar & restaurant staff are polite, friendly and attentive. I like that there is a self-service laundry room available for guests to use for a minimum fee. Parking is also available.

The children’s playground has a trampoline and swings. Guests can relax in the wooden hot tub, which features views of the gardens and mountains (charges apply). The man at check-in was extremely friendly and had so many good recommendations. The location is very central, and a lot of Wanaka is within walking distance. Our room was great. It was pretty warm and it took us a minute to figure out the A/C, but once we did all was well.

We were delighted with this hotel. The warm welcome from the team, delightful garden setting with plenty of attractive seating options both inside and out, great restaurant, comfortable room. The location is super convenient for the airport yet quiet and peaceful.

A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. We stayed in 2 apartments (ie 2x 2 bedrooms apartments - Suites 3&4). We arrive in the early evening hours but Check-in was totally smooth & apartments were ready (lighted), very cleaned, well furnished & kitchen fully equipped plus a delicious arrival welcome chocolate treat. These made our 2x5 nites stay exceedingly comfortable. Location was close.enough to Queenstown & Arrowtown with vehicle. Good dining options within 2mins drive from the apartments. Mountain view was fantastic especially with autumn coming. Hosts provided a very helpful comprehensive file on introduction & information of the property, things to do/visit, dining options, host's favourite activities around Queenstown region etc etc. Excellent place to stay in lieu of the Queenstown area. Extremely high chance of our return to the property.

Located in Twizel, Ben Ohau Villa provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. The villa has a picnic area and a hot tub. Spacious and lovely-furnished house. Very comfortable to stay. Full facilities to stay and cook meals. Very beautiful nature and scenery around house with nice outdoor space to relax with nature around. Love to stay in this place. Short drive into Twizel town. Overall is perfect.

Featuring a restaurant, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. The staff was very nice and helpful even though we checked in late. There’s even a complimentary wine.

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Stunning location, amazingly comfy bed, lots of unexpected extras, colourful and tasteful decor.
