One of our favourite stays on a 3 week trip around the South Island! If anything the photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful and private with plenty of space and beautifully clean. We loved having BBQs on the terrace. The master bedroom was exquisite with a view onto the patio and the outdoor bath surrounded by fragrant lupins. The upstairs bedrooms were kept nicely cool by fans in the hot weather we were lucky to have. We all slept brilliantly in the big comfy beds. Laundry facilities were an added bonus for us, neatly tucked away behind sliding doors in the master - very convenient.

Musterers Accommodation Fairlie is located on the west boundary of Fairlie. The units are situated on a six-acre semi rural property, with animals to feed and plenty of grass areas to relax.

For an additional charge and by prior arrangement, you can enjoy your own private hot tub. The owners were so lovely and friendly! They greeted us when we got there, plus made sure to check up on us before we left. The location was nice and quiet, the accommodation was clean, kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, and there are alpacas and sheep you can feed after talking to the owners. There is also an outdoors hot tub for an extra fee. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

This 2-bedroom holiday home is a 2-minute drive from The Cairns Golf Course and a 3-minute drive from Church of the Good Shepard. Tekapo Springs and Alpine Springs & Spa are both 4 minutes’ drive away. Hosts were amazing and so lovely to deal with! We loved every bit of our stay! We ended being snowed in and they gratefully let us stay while the road got unblocked… our stay was magical and we would definitely love to come back! So warm and cosy Highly recommend

The lodge offers a hot tub. A barbecue is available for guests at Mackenzie Country Lodge to use. Beautiful location. Annette and Michael were outstanding hosts. Everything was if a high standard. The complimentary home made chocolate was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble.

This was by far our best stay during our NZ trip. The cabin is comfortable, well-equipped, warm, and immersed in nature. It was truly recharging, and the jacuzzi is the cherry on top. We would highly recommend doing the farm tour they offer - it was so nice to be able to explore the property and learn more about farming!

The spacious apartment is fitted with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area. This was by far our favourite stay I've ever had, world wide! The property is architecturally amazing and furnished and finished to exquisite standards. It is so clean and has absolutely everything you could need. Our hosts guided us to the stunning and perfectly remote location of the property and we're very kind. The skylight is an obvious bonus and the hot tub was stunning, I believe natural cleaners are used as there was a lovely essential oil smell rather than harsh chemicals. The bed was so comfy, the shower had great pressure and temperature. So much privacy, gorgeous sunset from the balcony, I've never felt so comfortable and so lucky to be able to stay somewhere, only wish we'd booked more than one night as we didn't want to leave!

I love all the animals and we hear a lot stories about the farm growing and animals. The spa is also awesome, can see beautiful stars at night. Also we love the cookies and pancake prepared by host! Will definitely recommend to my friends!
