It was a pleasure fo spend time at this place. Dolphine and her husvand are incredible hists. They help you on any topic and provide such a nice and warming atmosphere. The property and the house are just beautiful everything is so clean and looks fantastic. You will enjoy your stay there from the first second you arrive until the last minutes when you have to leave. We would highly recommend this place as it was the best experience in New zeeland!!! The rooms are so pretty and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast is outstanding with nice fresh homegrown vegetables and fruits. The outsight is a paradise for children with the fireplace, the spa and the tennis court and not to forget the chickens.

Beautiful place to stay, you have everything you need, including a full kitchen, smart tv, comfortable bed. You can park in front of the door and it is walking distance from all the restaurants. We had a lot of rain while we were here and we were so happy we were staying in such a comfortable place.

The location was perfect with just a short 5 min walk into town, and the view was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable and king sized as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make breakfast in the morning. The deck was large with assorted chairs and loungers. The hot tub was nice but had an issue I will mention later.

The wonderful views with the peace and tranquility. The property was comparable to none facilities wise. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties but Top House Lodge was by far the best.

Highly recommended for a relaxing time away for couples. Well set up with a solar powered charging point for devices etc and with barbecue facilities. We loved the outdoor bathtub, hammock and swing area. The compost toilet was very clean. Overall a great experience.
