Staff were amazing, we were welcomed immediately and always felt we could ask if we needed anything. The room was large and beautifully crafted with very comfortable beds. Unlike other hotels where the room is just a place to sleep - this one you didn't want to leave. The beautiful views over the lake and the comfy chairs to sit in and watch it just made it a space you wanted to spend all your time in. Also the wifi was amazing. We would 100% come back to this hotel, we may even come back to this area just to be able to stay at this hotel. I miss it already!
