There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

Not cheap !! But worth it

A personalized meet and greet service from KLIA can be arranged for an extra charge. Really convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I had a medical emergency and the staff were quick to react and went far and beyond what I expected, very grateful especially to Eric who escorted us to the clinic.
