The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the pool area is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The spa deserves special mention; the treatments were incredibly rejuvenating, and the therapists were skilled and attentive, ensuring a truly relaxing experience.
