At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

There's smart TV with many streaming services available (yes, you need to login with your account). Pools and gym are fine ones with a nice view. I plan to travel to Kuala Lumpur again and thanks to such facilities I definitely plan to stay at Opus again.
