Check in was smooth and easy. Property is clean and exactly like the images shown. Condo has really nice family friendly facilities & is 2 mins walk to the Lost World of Tambun where we spent majority of the day.

Set against limestone hills, The Banjaran provides a peaceful wellness retreat with its geothermal hot springs and a naturally heated swimming pool. A steam cave and ice baths are also available. Lots of privacy in our private villa with your own pool. The villa is very spacious with a huge en suite and big terrace too. To have 3 caves just on the hotel premises was breathtaking. We loved the natural spring hot pots too. The retreat was exceptionnal as well as unique.

The property itself was really clean, the balcony was small but perfect for a morning read and the host was very easy to communicate with. The kids loved the pool area and used it everyday. Also the beds were so comfortable even though my big boys had to share they still had enough space.
