Our wifi in the room didn’t work but they fixed it the next morning. Fish feeding sessions are therapeutic for me. Kayak rental was good although the weather didn’t cooperate and it rains half way through our rental. Bathroom is well designed with bathtub behind shower area so it doesn’t matter if the floor around bathtub gets wet. Shampoo etc was top quality. Nice balcony although we didn’t get to spend much time there due to heavy downpours. Comfortable bed and pillow. They provide slippers both for indoor and outdoor use. Breakfast was great with fresh to order options plus buffet spread. The gym has reasonable selection and is very clean.

The utilities inside are well thought-out too. Everything that we could possibly need to make our entire stay comfortable was provided for us. They even prepared lots of free goodies to welcome us upon our arrival. We thought it was very thoughtful to have a free bottle of wine, local fruits, and drinks inside the fridge. The villa staff cleaned the place daily, took care of cleaning the dishes as the dishwasher wasn't working, and they were all very warm and polite. It's the best place to stay for family or group holidays. We recommend it 100%!

Towels and bed linen are available in the homestay. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. The place was very clean, which is the most important thing. Owner was super patience and friendly, even reminded me of my forgotten stuff. You can find lots of convenience stores, cafe/restaurants nearby. Price was very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a place to stay around Kulim.

The penthouse was beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the local beach and only 10 minutes by car to Cenang. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
