There were different pools designed for quiet and social areas with a lovely swim up bar. The sand on the beach was very fine white and beautiful and the ocean was great to swim in. The coffee bar had the most amazing coffee 30 minute uber ride into Cancun Daniel who leads the entertainment was amazing good variety of entertainment during the day and night

The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. What an amazing hotel! Close to Playa del Carmen, but still surrounded by jungle. It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.
