Overall - fantastic location to stay in Tulum. Location - exactly what we looked for - outside of the city center and touristy areas. Safe, closed neighborhood, new building with very clean, and quite large swimming pool in the courtyard. Very well equipped rooms, including kitchenware. Impeccably clean. Nice common area, very pleasant and friendly staff.

Our family really enjoyed staying within this apartment. We had everything we needed for our comfort, I’ve been provided with a hairdryer, our room was cleaned when we needed, breakfast was always fresh and delicious, but you need to book it in advance.
