Immediately on arrival, we were greeted and quickly checked in by the welcoming staff and our host Oybek. The Radisson app to check the map and contact Oybek was very helpful! In our room, there was a surprise left to congratulate us on our 5th anniversary, it was so beautiful! The overwater bungalow was huge, had everything we needed, and was so comfortable. We spent four lovely days at this resort and it was paradise. The beaches, the food, the drinks, the staff, there was nothing we didn't enjoy. We truly loved the Christmas Eve buffet/party on the beach. WOW! JUST WOW! The staff went over the top with food selections from around the world, a dessert spread like I have never seen before (shout out to your master baker(s)), and an overall presentation like I have never experienced before. Thank you to Oybek, Soban, Yaseen, and Musthafa for all the wonderful interactions and helpfulness you provided us. I can't wait to come again.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and Hindi at the reception, staff are always on hand to help. Basically everything was either above or meeting expectations. I did a lot of research and read lot of reviews before choosing Centara, so I knew what to expect, but even though I was amazed. I was offered an upgrade of the room for a reasonable price, which made my stay even better. Staff at the restaurants are always smiling and willing to help. The menu at the Italian restaurant and at the Thay are very good and diverse. I strongly recommend booking at least dinner in these two options upon arrival. Meal options at the Coral restaurant are eventually limited, but they always have something for those with restrictions or limited taste. Breakfast is very complete with everything fresh and delicious. We were entitled breakfast at the club, But haven’t tried it as we were always on a rush to go snorkeling. By the way, the house reef is very good, you can see a lot of marine life. Unfortunately, there are lots of corals in the shallow that are broken, clearly an issue arising from reckless divers. So please, when you go, mind your fins, and avoid unnecessary contact with the corals. For those with some experience in snorkeling, I strongly recommend going to the drop off. If you are a certified diver, Don’t miss the wreck at the property. The staff at the dive center was very helpful with a special mention to Ash, He’s not only very kind, but clearly a very skillful diving instructor. The room and all other facilities were always kept impeccably clean. As an additional kindness, they gave us a free sparkling wine at the room as well as decoration in the bed on the day of my wedding anniversary.

Unlimited cold drinking water is available for guests at the lobby. Hotel offers a variety of excursions with competitive pricing and also snorkeling equipment for rent. We spent here 9 days total and it was a great experience!

We chose experiences like snorkeling with nurse sharks, visiting a sandbank, and enjoying a BBQ with fresh, delicious food. They even captured drone and GoPro shots for us (Photos and videos), making the entire experience truly unforgettable. Special thanks to Shahu and her wonderful family, who were so warm and welcoming that they made us feel at home♡ Their hard work and dedication to entertaining their guests were truly commendable. The activities here are also more affordable compared to other places. I already miss them and Rasdhoo Island! I hope to visit again in the near future!!
