Everything! The suite was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented! The owners and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The location was ideal. Easy walk to a great choice of bars and restaurants and the beach.

Hot tub was a great shout. Made the most of that in the evenings! Shame about the shower flooding. The tray definitely needs a lip to contain the water. 1min showers were annoying. aside from that, and also at times having no water, our stay was lovely.

Our lovely hostess was always available if we were to need anything, she was super friendly and very helpful. We were able to utilise often the villa's lovely pool and sun deck, and vehicle parking was immediately outside our unit. Because of the hilly area, it is best to have a car. The drive from SXM airport is simple and getting to/from all the action on the Dutch side is also an easy drive - outside rush hour that is, lol. The location is approximately a 25 minute walk or 5 min drive to one the most famous and popular Caribbean beaches - Orient beach. The grocery shops are within a 2-5 minutes drive from the apartment: the Leader Price and the SUPER U. Perhaps the best pizza on the island "Pepe Pizza" is 1 minute away. There is a coin laundry just by the Super U market. We are looking forward to return there next year.

Excellent location, especially if you love to watch planes landing and taking off, it’s quite extraordinary but my wife loved it, Reception were great, especially Donette, who helped us as our luggage had been left in Paris by Air France. We had a double room, very spacious, nice balcony with views across the bay, good cooking facilities and great air conditioning ( which was needed)also very clean Great pool with access to a private beech and the Tortue restaurant which serves great food with stunning views We were a little disappointed with the local choice of foods, which were quite expensive, 5 usd for a portion of chips And was very Americanised which was a shame. A nice place for a weeks relaxing stay

Kay was waiting for us to check in, early check-in wasn´t a problem. Very nice appartment with lots of space. Nice and quiet area. The pool is nice but we didn´t use it. The contact with host Kay was great and she is very helpfull. High recommedation.

We didn't like the room we received at check-in, we reported this. Arrangements were made immediately and we were given another room. Our room was checked and cleaned every day. The hotel has a wonderful beach. Very kind and helpful staff, I strongly recommend it to everyone! We had a great time and will be back!!! thank you very much!
