The place was very comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The best part was a rooftop jacuzzi with the view. We stayed in upper apartment no 4 and had no issues with the jacuzzi above. The location is very nice - it is in quieter are with great view on the Bay and Kotor, but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, old city and bus stops. We had no problem with getting to the apartment from bus station.

Exceptional location with a picture perfect view, amazing friendly helpful staff, spotless clean facilities, new quiet but very close to downtown neighbourhood, nice jacuzzi with the mesmerising view of the bay of Kotor. I will absolutely visit again should I be in Kotor in the future.

The garden was just magical, full of lemon and mandarin trees, with a pool and jacuzzi that made it feel like a little paradise. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great choices. But what really made our stay special was the staff – including the owner – who were incredibly kind and attentive. They did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

I would highly recommend this place. Spiro is so kind and so helpful to the guests and Boyana and Sara were so sweet and went over and beyond. You feel so taken care of here and we were so happy we got to stay here!

The sunsets were lovely. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is walking distance to a few lovely bayside restaurants, a bakery, and a shop for anything you might need. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and bread, and also a small menu to order from. The welcome drink on arrival was a friendly surprise.
