Communication was easy before and during our stay. Every day we could contact someone from the staff to ask about the place and the city. I recommend KUBU and we will definitely come back.

Special thanks to a kitchen chef. I felt like in a cruizship. All staff trained well and smiley :) but not annoying. We ordered a quite not cheap message, but didnt get disappointed. Special thanks to messeuse master.Danguolė. After staying 2 nights in this SPA , we got a very good rest, relaxed, and felt like a "jelllyfish" :). Only one little thing, - noise isolation between rooms could be better. My verdict - ☆☆☆☆☆ worth by quality.

There is a seasonal heated outdoor pool available free of charge. Loved the newly remodelled (?) room, exceptional spa/massage service, restaurant and general location of the hotel. We were spending some time here between Christmas and new years for the second time and will definitely be coming back!
