Rajive and his family have a wonderful house. They live in the property, and make us feel very welcomed. Rajive and his wife are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, and the room is very well decorated and spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony. The whole stay felt peaceful, we could hear the birds in the morning. We highly recommend the stay for future guests.

One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that catered perfectly to our taste buds. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the food consistently impressed us. During our stay, we enjoyed two cruises each day through the picturesque Bolgoda waterways. The early morning cruise was particularly breathtaking as we were greeted by the serene beauty of nature waking up. We spotted numerous birds and even got a glimpse of the stunning sunrise. The sunset cruise, on the other hand, provided a different yet equally mesmerizing experience as we sailed through the calm waters with the sky painted in shades of orange and pink. The entire experience was beyond our expectations, and if given the chance, we would gladly stay here 100 times over. Houseboats by DAE in Bolgoda is a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay

We stayed for 2 nights with family and really enjoyed our stay. The host was lovely and communicative, the rooms were beautiful, and there was plenty of space and amenities to go around. I wish I had time to use the rooftop pool, but it looked great. Highly recommended!

The communication with the host (Noel) was very smooth. We had a great time at the pool as well. Hoping to stay here again next time we visit Sri Lanka.
