We spent one night at the Black Monkey Villa in mid-September and felt completely at home. The accommodation is tastefully and functionally furnished - the air conditioning, hairdryer and fridge are in mint condition and worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the covered outdoor area invites you to enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery even when it rains. The shower was a real highlight - by far the best we experienced during our stay in Sri Lanka. We were able to relax wonderfully and would definitely come back on our next visit to Sri Lanka!

This was one of the best hotels I've been, such great staff, going through lots of effort to make us feel at home. Great pool with a serene location. SELAVI is an oasis of calm and quietness. It has a beautiful garden and overlooks the Bentota river. The food is exeptional & come with large portions. The staff are friendly and drop us off on the beach in the morning for free. We only payed a few hundred rupees to get back in the evening. We really loved our stay and will be back next year with friends. :-)
