The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful! We wanted to mention a few employees who are especially kind, hardworking, and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Keo Mony was such a joy and so welcoming at breakfast every morning. We had a mix up on our flight, which was so stressful, but Mura, Lina, and Pheara did everything they could to assist us, and it was greatly appreciated!

Nestled within private gardens, Indra Angkor Residence offers accommodation away from the hustle and bustle city center. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived at 3pm. thanks for check in was a breeze and they were able to help us get to our room quickly and easily.. The room was clean, well equipped with great amenities, and the bed was comfortable. It's my 10/10 experience.

The staff were kind and provided excellent service. Airport transfer can be arranged in advance by sending a message through Booking.com chat. Responses are quick and reliable. A full-day tuk-tuk tour to Angkor Wat was also arranged at the front desk after arrival, even for the next day. The price was reasonable. The location is a bit far from the night market and Pub Street, but tuk-tuks can be easily found using Grab. It takes about 5 minutes and costs around 1 USD. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style and available early in the morning, which is convenient before sightseeing. Note that installing WhatsApp and Grab in advance are highly recommended. For WhatsApp, it is useful for communication with the front desk, and also with tuk-tuk drivers for temple tours. Grab is must-have, it is no need to negotiate price with tuk-tuk drivers. Always cheap, clear, and easy to use. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I did not take any breakfast options, but there is a Khmer breakfast spot across the hotel which is very good. The staff was really nice and the location is just 10 min away from the center of Siem Reap.

Very polite, friendly and caring staff who helped with all big and small questions! The room was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Even though we had a room facing the street it was quiet during the night and we slept very well! The famous pub street and night market were only a short walk away as was the royal palace. There was asian and european breakfast and the spa possibilities were very good as was the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again. Thank you!

Thank you for these amazing 3 nights in Siem Reap from where we visited all the temples. Specially we want to say a big thank you to our driver, Mr. Bunheng. He helped me, as a person in wheelchair, so much and he has a big heart! So grateful, thank you Mr. Bunheng. But also the whole staff from the hotel was very friendly and helped a lot. We fully can recommend this hotel!
