We stayed in this location because we were planning on seeing a kabuki at the Shochiku-za theatre and wanted to stay close so we did not need to worry about catching last trains after going out after the show. I was worried it might be a bit loud given the proximity to high traffic Osaka nightlife areas, but found the apartment to be quite peaceful. The building itself is small with only a couple of rooms on each floor. The convenience store was right next door and there was lots of shopping and restaurants easily accessible. I particularly loved that there was a public bathhouse right by the apartment! Close access to the train station as well. Great home base for a couple of nights.

It's also a decent size for Japan, particularly given the location.

The guest house features family rooms. Mr. Wan was very attentive and helpful, and even gave us some great food recommendations. The house has a shared space with a washing machine, which is really useful after several days of traveling. Our room was spacious enough for two friends or a couple like us to stay comfortably, and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the house provided all the facilities we needed. The location is also convenient, about a 20-minute walk from a main attraction and food area, and only 5 minutes from the nearest metro stop. Overall, a great value for money! And don’t miss Mr. Wan’s amazing cold brew — much better than wasting money at a random Seven Eleven, his coffee is absolutely delicious.

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. We absolutely loved this place. Easy to find and not far from the centre and in a quiet area. The place is spacious and very clean and with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It even has a washer and Netflix access. The stay, even if they where not present, answered our messages with short notice, which felt safe and reliable. We will defiantly be back if we return to Osaka. Thank you.

The accommodation has a spa bath and a hot tub. The apartment features a hot tub and a lift. It has all the necessary things I needed. Kitchen utensils, washing machine, heated toilet seat, big shower, Air conditioning and more. It is in the perfect location. Around the Appartement are many delicious and cheap restaurants. To the next Station is only a 6 minute walk. And because it is in the center of Osaka, all the great locations to visit (tenman-gu shrine, shinsekai market, sumiyoshi-taisha, nipponbashi, namba, umeda…) are only 30 minutes or less away. And the price for the Appartement was cheap, in tokio I would pay more for just the bedroom.
