It was noticeable they cared very much about the people staying there and the generosity of support was endless. We even arrived a day early by mistake! And he apologised and gave us some refreshments inside before we went to book our hotel somewhere else before arriving as they where full. Thoughtful touches like, adapters/chargers/umbrella/washing machine (I'm not counting free amenities which is a norm in Japan). Compered to Japanese standards, it can be easily considered as a big place. Close to Tengachaya and Hanazonocho stations, one goes directly to Namba, the other to Dotonbori. You are out of bustling city center, yet too close. It is also 25-30 mins walk away from Shinsekai, though small section of the walking route is a bit shady, full of needed people but gives great opportunities if you're into photography. Not need to say that they are totally harmless. There is a nice cafe nearby run by an Oba-chan, you can try her "miksu-sando" and cheese toast. Vibe is awesome.
