Guests also enjoy access to the indoor pool and fitness centre, as well as the sauna and hot tub. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

The hotel boasts a public bath and open-air bath. All rooms feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. The private bathroom comes with bath amenities including a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs too myself! But the best part was the staff: they are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups during the first and last day. Thank you so much!

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. Everything was so smooth, clean, and organized. Additionally, the shuttle service was the most convenient.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Travelled with my wife and two friends to the property for Skiing. Clean, comfortable facilities with a beautiful hot tub to use after skiing. Requires a car to easily access ski lifts.

The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
