Beautiful restored traditional Japanese home. Spacious, clean and well furnished. The small garden was wonderful as was the delightful welcome we received. Right in the centre of Shimabara and close to all the sights. The town doesn’t appear on many of the tourist sites but is well worth seeking out as a more traditional Japanese town. We even managed to find a great little local place to eat and navigate the menu in Japanese! Fabulous stay, perfect little home and wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing views of Sasebo! Very clean, spacious & comfortable room. Well equipped. Room service dinner was delicious & well priced. Slight challenge to get to the hotel on bicycles but worth it.

My stay here was very good. It's easy to get there from the train station and everything I wanted to do in Nagasaki was either close enough to walk or just a few stops with the tram. I didn't hear any noise in my room: perfect nights! Also everyone who works there is very friendly.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The modern Japanese design of the hotel is lovely. Staff is kind. We also loved the (coffee)bar and terrace at ground level. They have delicious snacks, and we really liked to relax at the terrace after a day in the city. Try the drink: peachade from the bar, it's so tasteful. Room was clean. There are supermarkets nearby. You can park your car a few metres down the road for like 12€ a day.
