Beds and comforters were very comfortable. Always greeted with a friendly smile, and we were dropped off at the bus terminal when we left.

They invited us to a tea ceremony to celebrate the spring coming which was an awesome experience and added bonus to the snowboarding for which we came! Highly, highly recommended if you're coming to Hakuba!!
