The services they had was very professional. Facilities like private onsen was very useful since we were shy to go for the public ones. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

Other facilities include karaoke rooms and a lounge bar. A souvenir shop can be found on the ground floor. Wonderful experience here during our 2 nights stay. Well looked after by the staff who were exceptional from check in all the way through to when we were leaving. Great with two kids whom are 3 year old and 9 months old. The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. The hotel is exceptional, we booked the traditional Japanese room, with tatami floor and breakfast and dinner. The onsen/hot baths were very pleasant (we only used the ones on the top floor), and even booked the private onsen at a fee, so we can enjoy privately as well. The dinner was amazing, and definitely a highlight of our trip.

Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.

Comfortable and we have very good sleep. Easily accessible to super mart and eatery.

Lovely view of mount fuji from the rooms! Wished there was an extra shower cuz for a group of 7 there was quite a queue. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!
