Staffs are very nice and services are so great. We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. The view of Mt Fuji from the balcony is amazing. The 7-eleven next door is so convenient. The bedrooms downstairs are great so there is no need to drag luggages upstairs. Family members can gather together upstairs unlike separate hotel rooms. The place is clean and feels very new.
