The location is great, on Gion area with many touristic places nearby. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Room and bathromm are big and confortable.

The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed as a family. It was clean and tidy and secure. The staff cleaning and looking after the property were friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sorted it out immediately.

Exquisite facilities. One of the most beautiful places I've stayed, like the Japanese maple outside the window, or the Japanese design. The HEATED SHOWER FLOORS. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Washer dryer works well. Great little sitting area for a big family.
