This hotel is beautiful, clean, and there are plenty of amenities and hotel events to take part in, for example we attended a matcha tea ceremony. The dinner and breakfast buffet were out of this world, some of the best food we had in Japan and the hotel also upgraded our room after finding out we were on our honeymoon. Truly an amazing stay!

The villa has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. The accommodation is soundproof. It has its own onsen bath and a kotatsu-like heated carpet on a low table where we had fun chatting while heating our legs.

Loved the design of our room and having 2 separate beds allowed us to rest and recharge. Sadly we had only 1 onsen on the balcony, so we took turns with my husband. There was a cd player with several Jazz collections. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff made sure to explain the menu and answer all the questions we had. Most of the time they’d use the portable translators. Hot springs/ spa area was rotated every morning, so we got to experience both bath areas. My favorite treat was the vinegar drink after the baths.

12 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, YUPOPPO Hakone is a recently renovated property situated in Hakone and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Each accommodation at the 2-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a hot tub. The ryokan has parking on-site, a public bath and a housekeeping service. This was a totally charming place, great atmosphere, nice room, and very enjoyable private onsen, all that in beautiful countryside setting. First of all, however, we appreciated our wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, and smiling. Probably our best host ever :-)

This non-smoking 5-star modern hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, shops onsite, spa and fitness facilities for the guest's comfort. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.

Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.
