The hoast was incredible, giving great restaurant recommendations & serving the most delicious breakfasts every morning. We loved this stay and will certainly be back.

This is a family-run ryokan and the hosts, Bungo and his mother, are very kind and accomodating. We only stayed in Kanazawa for a day and Bungo was totally helpful on recommending where to visit and eat during our short trip (he gave very good recommendations!). He even helped us book a bus for our trip to Shirakawa-go and Takayama. And what’s great about the property doesn’t stop there. The ryokan itself is a very nice place to stay! It is located in the heart of Kanazawa, most tourist spots are located within 5-15 minutes walking distance. The place (lobby, room, dining room, etc.) is very clean, they even cleaned our luggage wheels before sending it to our room, you totally can see the effort they make to maintain the ryokan’s cleanliness. The room is very nice with direct access to indoor garden. This is by far the best hotel stay I had. Thank you for hosting us.

Our stay here was so lovely, we had everything we needed, and the owner was so kind and helpful, he even dropped us off to the airport even though we were running late. Staying here resetted my nervous system. The onsen is a luxury to experience in front of the beautiful scenaries of the mountains and river.
