The dinner and breakfast buffets were of good quality, with many delicious Japanese options. Great value for money. The staff was super nice everywhere, from the doorman to the reception to the dining area staff. The lobby is very large and well appointed, modern and with large windows. So is the dining area.The hotel had many guests but it never felt crowded, it was not peak season though. The hotel offered several activities and free passes to the nearby chair lift to reach the top of the hill.

There is a lounge right by kitchen with a Japanese heating table, kotatsu, so one can socialize easily and we had meals together a couple times, which gave it a very homey and cozy atmosphere.
