Everything. From the moment we arrived in front of hotel, until the moment we left the hotel back to airport. Sublime service. The very polite lady from the bell desk even continue waived us good byes accros the street! That was really touched our hearts. We have been around the world staying in top luxury resorts and hotels, but we never encountered such personal attention and care to their guests! Simply amazing service culture! The room was so neat and nice. It was more than I expected. I could enjoy the hot spring up close when I wanted it, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. I felt good throughout the trip because the staff were very kind.

Remote location, great to watch the sky, listen to the insects, very clean and very modern, probably best in our 3 weeks visit to Japan. Loved it there. The hosts were extremely polite and friendly! Would come back without a doubt
