We loved the room, the hot tub in the room and the very helpful staff. And of course the Mt. Fuji view. We were on the 3rd floor, but we still got a good view of the mountain.

Other facilities include karaoke rooms and a lounge bar. A souvenir shop can be found on the ground floor. From the moment I got the keys to the room, I felt how luxurious this hotel is! The staff showed us the room, told us everything about our stay, and made tea for us, which felt like a mini ceremony, it was great! The view from the hotel roof is gorgeous with the foot bath onsen that makes it even better!! The private onsen is also very recommended if you want to go with your partner together with a romantic view :) The dinner was a real show and masterpiece, each day it was different, and it was a huge experience to us (although we don't eat much of the foods we got, we still tried them) It really felt like a 3 Michelin stars restaurant private dinner!) And lastly, there is a free shuttle to the kawaguchiko station, which was really good and we felt like VIPs on it! :)

The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lounge. It’s a old house with clean and comfortable facility. Our room has a balcony where we could oversee the river view. There is a kitchen with all tool and cutlery you need. For people who stay over two nights will have a Landry voucher for free. The public space is Japanese style and you could enjoy the river view. Staff are kind and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the best places we stayed in japan. Great food with vegan options.

At the guest house, each unit comes with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A fridge and kettle are also featured. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Spacious, bright and clean apartment. Nice bathroom with separated toilet. Glimpse of Mt Fuji from the 1st floor apartment window. We only spent one night but found this to be the best value option in Kofu. Self check in was a multi step process as some of the reviews say buy it's ok if you follow the instructions in the right order. Have fun with it!

SAUNA VILLA 然 offers a hot tub. The place is very clean and equips with everything you need for a night stay. They even have free drinks in the fridge including beers for guest. Room size is good as well. Quiet neighbourhood near the temple. I would stay there again if I return to Nagano.
