The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Abdullah at the front desk, who was always helpful, polite and genuinely caring during my stay. He made everything feel easier and more pleasant from check-in onward.

The units include a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a bidet and bathrobes, while some rooms also offer a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. At the guest house, the units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The property owner was great. Very kind, communicative, and helpful. His wife even helped us with laundry. We had a wonderful stay here!

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

Super clean, super welcoming staff. This was such a pleasant stay!! Ashley and Arfat were outstanding from the minute we walked into the hotel till the moment we left.
