I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Rum Kingdom was truly amazing, so I just have to share it. Communication was excellent from the start. I booked my stay just a day before arriving and was worried it might be too late to arrange any tours, but the owner organized everything perfectly. When I arrived at the meeting point, he guided me to a free parking spot for my car, and then we headed to the camp. In less than an hour, he arranged a 4-hour desert tour and an evening tea trip in the desert with a small group. After the tours, they hosted a beautiful dinner show, it was not only entertaining but also incredibly delicious! Our guide and the entire staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. I felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time, even as a solo traveler. The bubble tent I stayed in was clean and had a very comfortable mattress. Highly recommend!

I’m a well travelled individual and I have to say this ranks as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. These guys really care about making sure you really enjoy your time in wadi rum. I arranged everything with Emad before I arrived as to the things I did and did not want to do and how much this will cost. This was all arranged bespoke to what I wanted, everything was clear from the start. Emad picked me up from the bus and was waiting for me when I got there. I decided to sleep under the stars outside and the guys were more than accommodating and helped me set up a makeshift bed outside, seeing millions of stars in the night truly was amazing. The tour was fantastic, a very small group and we had ample time in each place to explore, have a tea and just generally relax, nothing felt rushed. Ahmed my guide was amazing and knew the history of each place we visited. I had so much fun and I was treated like family, nothing was too much of an ask. Watching the stars with the family was amazing, they know lots about the stars, what time is best to see them, best way to take photos on a phone etc they are great!! I noticed a recent review that mentioned a few concerns, so I just wanted to share my own experience in that matter for anyone considering a stay here. First, the camp actually offers several accommodation options – not just the bubble tents. I had one of the wooden huts albeit I slept outside but there are other options to the bubble tent that are better for the desert setting. As for the meals, yes, breakfast is simple, but it’s more than enough and surprisingly varied considering you’re in the middle of the Wadi Rum desert with very limited facilities. There were fresh boiled eggs, different breads, dips, salads, tea, coffee and even fresh milk – definitely more than I expected in such a remote place. Dinner was a real highlight.
