The staff was extremly welcoming. Yara the manager made sure we have an excellent stay, but everyone in the hotel was friendly, and had a smile every time we meet them. All the questions were answered and we received help whenever we asked immediatly. Also the location is good. Lot of shops, restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting.
