Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Everything about it exceeded our expectations - communication from Serena in advance of our stay, accessibility, location, decor, cleanliness, coffee and breakfast… it was gorgeous. We felt very welcome. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it was hard to get up! Wish we’d had longer there but would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation when visiting Orvieto.
