La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site. This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

The units at the farm stay feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a bidet and slippers, while selected rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge. At the farm stay, the units have bed linen and towels.

The farm stay boasts a variety of wellness options, including a hot tub, a public bath and yoga classes. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. The property was in such a beautiful setting, overlooking Orvieto high on the hill. Our room was superb, with a sunny patio to sit outside. The bedroom was super spacious and the bathroom was huge. Everything inside was new and well appointed. Loved our wine tasting with Serena and Simone who are both Sommeliers l, what a bonus. Thanks for an incredible stay.

The family who run it are so lovely and welcoming — nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. Don’t make the mistake of not staying here!

The staff was always very helpful and the breakfast with eggs and bacon included was delicious.

The apartment was very clean and with good furniture and a super comfy bed. The garden outside is well kept and has a superb view on the hills, you can see the Marmore waterfalls as well!
