Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Beautiful accommodation and location, host very welcoming and helpful, after a week in a motorhome and second rate rv parks this was pure luxury, easy walking distance to everything, loved San Vincenzo itself, think it might be my new happy place, definitely recommend.

Where to start?We loved everything.The rooms were spacious and very clean,smelled wonderful.The location is beautiful,the hotel is surrounded by forest,olive groves and a little water fall.The view from the room is stunning.Breakfast is delicious,fresh pastries and home made cakes(every day different types),eggs in any form.We dined in the restaurant for dinner several times,and really enjoyed trying different díshes and they all were delicious,I would say one of the best we tried in Tuscany.The staff were all very friendly and kind,patient with our kids.Thank you Silvia,Claudia,Marina,Giovanni and Sasha for being wonderful hosts.We hope to return one day and highly recommend the resort.

Featuring a wellness centre with an outdoor pool and a beautifully landscaped garden, design hotel Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden has been recently refurbished and is just 400 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Everything, the location, the staff, the property, the spa, the restaurant. Having a parking would be a great plus.

Rooms have original features such as wood-beamed ceilings and modern amenities including air conditioning and satellite TV. WiFi access is available in the lobby and rooms. There is also an internet point. The location is perfect, the view stunning, overlooking a landscape right out of a fairy tale. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the building impressive, breakfast on the terrace and the ping pong table a nice surprise. Great hotel, great staff, we will come back. Driving up to the hotel is possible though challenging, we preferred to park at P2 and walk up the pedestrian street.
