The room and the design elements of the house, however, as well as the neighbouring forest exceeded all our expectations. We received a cordial welcome, the nice and ample breakfast on the terrace overlooking the forest was a unique experience. Thank you, Rosa and Family for extending such war welcome towards us. One little thing though: While Rosa did warn us that we can only park our car (free) in the street very near the apartment, we made the mistake of driving into the very narrow lane next to the house. Please, don't! Turning around is virtually impossible ;) Park your car 1 minute away and walk to the apt. Everything else was superb.

Set in Sistiana in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort & Spa, features a fitness and wellness centre, and views of the sea. It was a really great experience. The hotel, location, and staff were all incredible — we enjoyed our stay a lot. We also wanted to highlight how wonderful Roberto and Macarena from the breakfast team were — extremely kind, polite, and professional. Pavle from the beach staff was also incredibly helpful.
