Our stay at Relais des Glaciers was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. The spa was a perfect way to relax after an active day —especially the warm outdoor bath with stunning mountain views. The bar downstairs was charmingly decorated and the bartender prepared great cocktails. The hotel provided us everything we needed - bathrobes and flipflops for the spa, a private parking and hiking stuffs: crampons and poles. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in summer!

All with a mountain-view terrace, the split-level rooms at the hotel feature a desk, a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a kettle. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower and comes with free toiletries, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

The property was very well designed and decorated creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. It was also spotlessly clean and smelled great too. The beds were also comfortable and warm. Breakfast was full of various kinds of things, all in excellent quality. We did not try the spa but had a good tour and it looked good. The owner, Nicolletta and Federico were wonderful hosts. They had very good service mind and made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you☺️
