The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the breakfast is a delightful spread, prepared with care and attention to detail. The balcony is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Magdalena, who prepared breakfast, was exceptionally kind and attentive, and Stefania, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place

One the best apartments we stayed in italy. So spacious and incredibly clean and comfortable. It’s located in a very nice area and a beautiful small town. A large and very well-equipped kitchen. The property has two apartments. However, during our two-day stay, we were alone, so we had exclusive use of the kitchen. Friendly hosts. A lovely garden. Parking is available right outside the house. We loved this place. Mountain lovers have the towering Majella massif within sight. Those who enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday can reach the beach in Francavilla al Mare in less than half an hour.

Lavazza Modo Mia capsule coffee machine - my favourite capsule machine. The home produced oil and vino so generously dropped off for us. Well situated to access the Parco Nazionale.
