Everything at the property was amazing and in great condition. The bed was perfect size and super comfortable. The room was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller, as was the bathroom. It was also in a great location - walking distance to all the tourist attractions; a lovely restaurant next door; and taxi bays near by. The wifi was pretty good too. The best thing about the stay was the communication from Viola and Francesca, who have been extremely accomodating since the day I booked my stay - they were easy to contact for any questions or concerns and gave me tips when I needed them!! The check in and check out were super easy which made it all convenient and stress-free. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be back!!

The reception staff is very helpful, particularly, Mr. Davide, I greatly appreciate his help. He was well organised, he knew the answer for every question and found a resolution for every sudden situation (e.g. an unexpected strike of public transport). The hotel was very convenient for me: quiet and cosy, I could really relax after my conference. The breakfast is not available in the hotel but guests are offered a coffee /tea, juice, fruit and small snacks in the morning. This information is provided along with booking, so I was not disappointed but satisfied with the morning coffee in the hotel.

We stayed at Domus Dea Roma from Sunday the 11th to Wednesday the 14th and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were also very, very flexible in arranging a late checkout for us, which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect – very close to a bus stop and the metro, which made it easy to get around Rome. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very much appreciated. There were complimentary bottles of water and coffee available, along with a great selection of toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and more. We especially loved the strong shower and the high-quality hairdryer. The room also has a safe and a small fridge, which was very convenient for storing drinks and snacks from a nearby grocery store. The blackout curtains made the room perfectly dark, ideal for resting after a busy day. WiFi worked well throughout our stay. We were three people – my mother, niece, and I – and the room suited us perfectly. The cleaning service was excellent with daily towel changes and bed organization, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a fantastic stay – clean, comfortable, and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. ⸻ Short résumé en français : Excellent séjour à Domus Dea Roma !
