Beautiful and convenient setting. Excellent restaurant with amazing local options. Great selection of wine and the spa services and indoor pool was incredible.

The view from our third floor bedroom was stunning as it stretched all the way to the lake. We travelled with our dog, who enjoyed running around the expansive grounds. The hotel was rustic in style, charming, and spotlessly clean. Plenty of nice places to sit, both inside and out. Dinner in the restaurant overlooking the grounds was lovely, well cooked food served in an intimate setting.

The panoramic spa includes an indoor pool with hydromassage, a panoramic sauna, a steam bath and a sun terrace. Rooms are really cool vintage styled rooms, super clean and very spacious. The staff is amazing, helped us with everything, including a flat tire we had on a Saturday, probably the best staff I encountered. Breakfast is really good! The spa is really nice and clean. Views from the Spa/Hotel itself are amazing. All in all, very good value and an awesome experience.

Outside, there’s a magnificent swimming pool with loungers, inflatable toys, and sunbeds. The hot tub is located next to a relaxing garden, where hammocks are strung between the trees and loungers are available for relaxing. The town centre is nearby, about 2.5 km away. The historic center is beautiful, small, and has excellent restaurants. In town, you’ll find a Coop, EuroSpin, Lidl, etc. On our way to the accommodation, we visited Siena, and during our stay, we visited Assisi and Perugia!

Very nice surroundings and apartment. Everything was just perfect and the host was very kind and flexible. Would definitely reccomend!

This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.
