It’s the nicest hotel I have ever experienced. We were upgraded on check-in and received the most incredible room. It truly felt like a dream from start to finish. The staff were consistently warm and gracious, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast is phenomenal, with complimentary prosecco available if you wish. We had dinner here on two nights, and both meals were absolutely five-star. The spa is beautiful, and we loved spending time in the thermal suites. There are two swimming pools with breathtaking scenic views, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Everything felt cinematic, as if I had stepped into a movie. My only regret is not booking the entire holiday here. I cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed the clean swimming pool and jacuzzi. The whole property was very well maintained. Everything was even nicer than in the pictures. This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.
